This elegant waterfront estate was purchased in 2017. Broadway design lightly renovated and furnished this home incorporating their clients eclectic and spirited love for travel and entertaining. The bronze rhinoceros “ pets” nestled on the custom made sofa table represent an upcoming safari trip to Africa. The sexy library room is used for reading or a relaxing drink, and the dining room was designed around the custom “ suffragette” art piece. Dining chairs were custom made in Canada with fabric woven with silver threads for a luxurious pop of light.
